How do I rank up to a certain rank?

Newbie Karen = You just enrolled into Karen University!
Advanced Karen = Attend 2 sessions
Educated Karen = Attend 5 sessions
Professional Karen = Attend 9 sessions
Pre-Graduate Karen = Attend 12 sessions
Alumni/PGd Student = Attend 16 sessions
