The Iris Foundation was founded approximately 35 years after the collapsing of its predecessor, the Secure Containment Protection Foundation. Now, fully reformed, the Supreme Council aims to continue and hold true to its history and values of keeping the world safe from anomalies too dangerous for the  public eye.
