Following the events of "The Great Revolt", the old Soldiers Of Cipher fell. From the ashes has risen a new group, the Followers of Cipher. We are a military-cult that has regular trainings and interesting lore. Why not stop by and say hello, and maybe while you're at it, sacrifice a goat to our lord and savior Bill Cipher.
