Story Line: This is the future, and ever since the world was nuked, all military and government establishments were destroyed by Russia. The last known military establishment was known as Observant Force, and this Military's job is to protect and serve what is known to be "[OC] Observant City" which is the final city on earth. Observant Force was a private military that was an invite-only force, now that all military forces have been destroyed, Observant Force can now be a public Military Force.
