Caillou's Kingdom is a cult/community for people who enjoy and or despise the character, Caillou, from the Canadian children's cartoon, Caillou. Rant about why he's an annoying brat, or worship him as if he's a godlike deity (he most definitely is). Whether you love him, or you hate his guts, there's a spot for you!
