Rank Managers: Given by ProjectMaker05 Or ConnerIsTheBest25 only. More likely to obtain it if you're Trusted and active on the group wall.
Moderators: Given by ProjectMaker05 Or ConnerIsTheBest25 only. You will most likely obtain it if you are a well known RM or online and being helpful as an RM.
