When the Great Vietnam War finally ended, the world expected peace—but instead, nations fractured. Urban centers collapsed, governments splintered, and technology production stalled. Firearms and modern weapons became rare relics, hoarded by warlords and black markets. Ordinary people could no longer rely on bullets to defend themselves.

Amid this chaos, veterans of the war saw the world sliding toward barbarism. One of them, known only as General Bảo Lăng, disappeared into the mountains of the Trường Sơn Range and gathered a group of survivors, refugees, and orphaned youths.

Hence the start of nV.
