A framework designed after the Empire's troopers and their iconic blast helmets, the MK-I INT's assembly was done with intense caution in an effort to incorporate features designed to be an imitation of the electronic arsenal as adorned by combat interceptors from factions whose reputable detachments were famed for their brutality and sheer prowess. Imperial Commandos, Special Commando Advanced Recon, or Novel-class Advanced Recon troopers were exemplary candidates to be donning such helmets, and no other than "Rospin" of Unit 66, Lieutenant and immediate subordinate to its Captain, exemplified the idealistic member to be assigned such a model. Its multi-frequency targeting acquisitions were designed to run immediate identifications on individuals known or unknown in such a way that the helmet had been tailored to give commandos an advantage in assessing bogeys from X-rays.
