The national flag of Sri Lanka, also known as the Lion Flag or Singha Kodiya, adopted in its current form on May 22, 1972. The central charge is a passant golden lion holding a kastane sword in its right forepaw on a deep maroon field, surrounded by a golden bo leaf in each of the four corners and bordered in gold. Two vertical stripes of equal width sit at the hoist, the orange representing the Tamil community and the green representing the Sri Lankan Muslims, with the maroon field representing the Sinhalese majority. The four bo leaves represent the Buddhist virtues of meththa, karuna, mudita, and upekkha or loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity. The lion was retained from the royal banner of the Kingdom of Kandy. 1:2 Proportion Shoulder patches: https://www.roblox.com/catalog?Keyword=Shoulder+Patch&Category=11&Subcategory=23&CreatorName=titanite+Holdings+ugc+group&salesTypeFilter=1
