Its revolting resilience has wormed its way into the chronicling of a great many civilizations, and its insidious immortality echoes in the hearts of those who would dare defy it. It is fear incarnate, it is that which cannot be withstood. But who controls that great and terrible monstrosity, that which cannot be controlled? A force unfathomable, a being beyond death. Vellath, the Lich Eternal, commands the beast; and his hand will not be stayed a moment longer.
