Description
Spectral is the conglomeration of multiple Vinci city-states into an organized coalition of armed forces to defend all Vinci City States. Spectral began in 2014, with a long journey as one of the few clans trying to survive as not only a nation, but a Republic. Spectral through the years has had many different peoples join Spectral and leave a lasting change or imprint on the group. Over the years all of these changes has resulted in the city states of people who stand together to survive whatever the winds of change may bring. We are a hybrid clan.
