The PARAGON Bombtick M2 is a modified version of the original PARAGON Tick produced by NHI, fitted with a slightly larger and more potent payload and a more accurate tracking system. These dimunitive walking droids, while small, are able to be used to great effect as traps and vehicle-disabling bombs. They may also be set to detonate in the presence of nearby targets.

Rescued "Agents" from Eden that were recruited into NHI also stated that these walking bombs had IFF indicators built-in to prevent friendly fire.
