Tokaisho: 16 Years of Building and Leadership

Tokaisho (formerly Diddleshot) has been creating games on Roblox; he’s created plenty of games over the years that still receive updates to them, expanding over 16 years. he also runs a group Pinewood Builders that has existed since 2008.

History

The extensive history of Tokaisho takes us back to 2008, when he founded Pinewood Builders on May 15th two days after he signed up on May 12th (prior to the release of the groups feature!) Many of his games extensively used the physics engine, which was one of the key things Tokaisho liked when he joined Roblox.

Overtime Tokaisho released more games in 2009, with some popular examples being Mega Miners, Pinewood Computer Core, and Roblox Laundromat. These games are still mostly actively updated by Tokaisho to this day. Despite being released over 15 years ago! 😲

About It

Pinewood Computer Core was first conceptualized in 2009 in Tokaishos Pinewood Research Center Deep below was a supercomputer now known as the Pinewood Computer Core Image Attached Below:

Over time, Tokaisho would begin working on a new standalone game for this core called the Pinewood Computer Core. Over the years, it has changed drastically, with the biggest update it ever had being in 2013, when Tokaisho added the infamous meltdown that exploded the facility. Over the years, Pinewood Computer Core has been advertised, put on Roblox's featured page, and even put into the official Roblox book. Roblox Top Adventure Games

Nowadays, Pinewood Computer Core is much more advanced than it was in the past. The game has sub-divisions that help out around the facility. Such as a security team and an emergency team. Players can also choose to be enemies by joining the Mayhem Syndicate. It also has a Full fledged train transit system, which is very popular. The game is currently actively worked on by Tokaisho, Coasterteam & Lenemar

Mega Miners (2009)

Mega Miners was created on October 31st, 2009. It was originally a place to show off Tokaisho's dump truck. Shown Here Tokaisho created this game because he wanted to push Roblox's physics engine to its limits. The game has been featured frequently. Appearing in Shedletsky's Youtube video "Amazing Construction Vehicles on ROBLOX" On the Roblox Channel as "Mega Miners Game Review" And was on the then popular Youtuber Bereghosts "Roblox: Mega Miner" (I actually rediscovered Roblox because of this video!)

Mega miners has also gone through extensive revisions over the years. Let's take a look at some classics!

2009 - 2013

From 2009 - 2013, Mega Miners was a barren mining outpost. with a variety of mining vehicles to drive, the most notable being a giant dump truck.

2013 - 2015

From 2013 - 2014, Mega Miners was updated to be bigger, and now with the Iconic mine.

Sometime around 2015, For a brief period of time, Mega Miners was changed to a desolate planet lit up by faint stars.

2015 - Today

Around late 2015, Mega Miners received it's (for now) final map overhaul. The map has since expanded and seen a few changes over the years.

Pinewood Space Shuttle Advantage (2011)

About

Pinewood Space Shuttle Advantage was created in 2011 because NASA announced the end of Space Shuttle launches during the same year. Players hop into a shuttle that is later flyable, being able to access many planets and unlock rewards when landing.

Pinewood Space Shuttle Advantage, unlike the other games, has remained mostly the same since 2011, with small updates and changes over the past decade.

Pinewood Builders

Pinewood Builders Formerly named Pinewood Labs, it was created by Tokaisho on May 15, 2008. Two days after he joined on May 13th, 2008, it started off small as a group for his friends, where he released their headquarters at the time, Pinewood Labs which contained offices for Thomas1up, Jonsmither, galaxymario123 & Mcktonthemicks. Another game released around this time was The Bread Factory and Roblox Powerplant. Around 2009, shortly after the groups feature was made, Tokaisho created the First Pinewood Group Pinewood Builders Incorporated in August of 2010; after multiple group changes, they finally settled in the group Pinewood Builders Which today is one of the oldest and one of the biggest sci fi groups on Roblox. Pinewood Builders Security Team was created in 2012, and it is the primary sub division of Pinewood Builders.

The group has been ran by many people, past time. And is one of the oldest active clan-styled groups today.
Users can rank up in the group by attending patrols, raids, trainings, and more.
